Terms and Conditions on behalf of The Ideal Home Show Christmas and Media 10 Ltd (“Media 10” or “the Organiser”)
1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms and conditions relate to the purchase of a ticket and / or the supply of a complimentary tickets (the “Ticket”) and attendance at The Ideal Home Show Christmas (“the Show”) and Media 10 events generally. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any Tickets as by doing so, you accept these terms and conditions.
1.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
1.3 The Ticket received enables the holder entrance to the Show
1.4 This Ticket is not refundable.
1.5 This Ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
1.6 Animals (except guide dogs) are not permitted.
1.7 For the safety of visitors to the Show, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches.
1.8 Please check all your Tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
1.9 The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
1.10 The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Show premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organiser, and the Organiser reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.
1.11 The Organiser cannot enter into any disputes that visitors may have with exhibitors.
1.12 The event is non-smoking.
1.13 The Organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of:
1.13.i Contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or speaker
1.13.ii Any damage to or loss of visitors’ property whilst at the exhibition
1.13.iii Personal injury caused to, or death of, any visitor at the exhibition, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers’ negligence.
2. PURCHASING TICKETS
2.1. If you book Tickets on behalf of others, you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the group and are responsible for all payments due from the party.
2.2. Only persons who are at least 16 years of age are permitted to book Tickets. By booking Tickets you warrant to the Organiser that you comply with this requirement.
2.3. The Organiser shall be entitled to make changes as to speakers, performers, running times and such other matters as it thinks fit in the case of any event.
2.4. By purchasing a Ticket, you shall be deemed to consent to you and any members of your group being filmed where the event or performance is being filmed and / or for security purposes and that the Organiser has complete discretion as to use of any film without any recourse to you or any member of your group
3. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS APPLYING TO TICKETS PURCHASED ON THE ORGANISER’S WEBSITE
3.1. The website The Ideal Home Show Christmas is owned and operated by the Media 10 Limited.

4. DATA PROTECTION

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
All the terms of any contract are contained or are referred to within these terms and conditions.
7. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable this will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
8. SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any Ticket holders to leave (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) during the Show if it considers it to be necessary or desirable to do so. The Organiser may also, on certain occasions, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of its patrons.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions and any Contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
