I have been a PGA Golf Professional for almost 20 years, but I have always had a passion for cooking.

I finally got the opportunity to showcase my love of food by appearing on Masterchef in 2022 and decided to take this passion further and combine it into my current career.

I now offer a variety of experiences such as supper clubs, private event dining as well as group events & weddings. 

​I love making pasta, and the classics, but to be honest anything that tastes good.
