Dominic Taylor, professionally known as Chef Dom Taylor, is a London-based freelance chef with a deep passion for Caribbean cuisine. He was crowned winner of Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef, which aired globally on Netflix, subsequently earned a sellout residency at The Langham Hotel in London. His classical training, industry experience, sacred family teachings and love of travel and the arts underpin everything he does. Chef Dom aims to modernise and revitalise Caribbean cookery with authenticity and respect. He seeks to evoke nostalgia and create a cultural dialogue through food that engages the mind, body, and senses.
